Regional Dinners: 2016 Macedon Ranges Wine & Food Festival
Join us at a wine dinner, lunch or degustation and experience great food matched with local wines. These intimate events provide the opportunity to learn more about the region's wines, meet the winemaker and enjoy the epicurean talents of local chefs and food producers. UPDATE: The Macedon Ranges Wine and Food Budburst festival 2016 will be held on the weekend of Saturday 12th and 13th of November, 10am - 5pm.

Budburst has recently changed their name to the Macedon Ranges Wine and Food Festival. The Macedon Ranges region is acclaimed as a culinary destination and it's a reputation well earned.
The Best of the Rest with Max Allen @ La Bonta
The festival’s special guest, Australia’s renowned wine writer Max Allen, will lead tastings of the more unusual wine varieties grown and made in the Macedon Ranges.
Be ready for a fun evening with serious wine and food at La Bonta. Chef Tim Austin presents a special five-course degustazione menu to match these special wines, with some surprises along the way. Featuring Cobaw Ridge Lagrein, Midhill Gewürztraminer, Granite Hills Pinot Blanc among others.

Source Dining Degustation Dinner
Granite Hills will again pair with Source Dining to host the flagship event of the weekend with an indulgent five course degustation dinner by chef Tim Foster matched with new vintage wines, and a few specially selected museum wines.

Mr Carsisi's Annual Budburst Dinner
Chef Matt Fegan presents a six course Middle Eastern seafood degustation dinner at Mr Carsisi. The dinner will be hosted in conjunction with Lanes End, Mt Towrong and Hesket Estate Wineries.
The evening will commence with a wine tasting followed by dinner on the verandah overlooking Piper Street. This is a long-standing and memorable evening and highlight of the Budburst Festival.

A White Knight
The Whites from Sidonia Hills Natural Beef in collaboration with the Knights from Granite Hills, will present a three course dinner matched with wines at the hatted restaurant, Source Dining.
